We’re all about making your shopping experience as amazing as possible. That’s why we use coupons and promotions regularly on our site. Here are a few things you should know about how our coupons work:

  1. Buy One, Get One (BOGO) Offers—When you use BOGO coupons at our store, you will need to first add all of the desired products to the cart. Once you’ve added the products and the coupon code, the coupon will give you the 2nd matching and/or lowest price item(s) for free.

    (Note, in order to get BOGO to multiply, you must add all desired items. Once all are added, within every pair or every other product, the item of equal of lowest price will be discounted at checkout.

    Please note, all desired products MUST be added to the cart before applying the code. BOGO can only work in pairs, meaning if you have 4 products in your cart you will receive 2 free. If you have 5 items in your cart, you will only receive 2 free. Please be sure to add items in sets of 2.

    Must add a minimum of 2 items for the code to work.)

  2.  Gift Card Coupon Exclusions—special times of the year like Black Friday or Cyber Monday, we offer big percentage savings. These coupons are good for giving you a mondo discount storewide with one exception— e-gift cards & apparel. These products are already extremely discounted and accordingly don’t qualify for extra savings. In other words, they’re basically already permanently on sale. 😉

  3. FREE SHIPPING Coupons—Free shipping promotions only apply to orders sent within any of the contiguous states within the USA. Accordingly, they don’t cover international shipping nor orders sent to Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

  4. Expiration Dates—Our coupons and promos almost always have an expiration date. We strive to make these dates front-and-center so you’re not surprised. If you try and use a code past its expiration date, it simply won’t work. We know, it’s a bummer, but we promise there will be more promos soon, so just hold on a minute.

  5. No Retroactive Price Adjustments—Sometimes you order a product just before you see a new promotion code. It happens and it stinks, but we don’t give retroactive price adjustments. Please enjoy your product at the price you paid and wait for the next great deal. We promise it’s coming! You can be one of the first people to know about our promotions by subscribing to our emails here.

  6. Subscription Orders—We are so excited to hear you want to keep your favorite products in stock! Any product subscription automatically includes a 15% off discount, year-round!

    Because of this year-round sale, and the inability to stack discounts, coupon codes, and discounts sadly cannot be added to any order with a product subscription.

  7. No Stacking - Sadly, only one coupon can be used per order. If an order is made with a coupon code attached, our team cannot edit that code. On a positive note, always remember rewards point discounts can be paired with coupon codes!

Buy One, Get One (BOGO) Offers—When you use BOGO coupons at our store, you will need to first add all of the desired products to the cart. Once you’ve added the products and the coupon code, the coupon will give you the 2nd matching and/or lowest price item(s) for free.

A few things to remember:

Beauty by Earth sometimes rewards shoppers by offering CashBack. CashBack is merely a simple way for Beauty by Earth to give you money for shopping on beautybyearth.com.

CashBack can come in two available forms:

  1. Shop the site - This option offers you 25% more cash when selected. It's good for shopping beautybyearth.com and works just like a gift card! Apply it on your order at checkout.
  2. A digital Visa Gift Card - This gift card is good anywhere that takes Visa cards, so basically everywhere. 😉

Check your email. After a qualifying purchase you will receive an email to redeem your CashBack (SEE VIDEO). You just need to complete the CashBack redemption form, and then you can select your preferred CashBack redemption method. Depending on where you purchased you can redeem your CashBack as either a Visa prepaid card or a bonus gift card to the brand’s store.

RETURNS POLICY
Love it or get your money back!
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 60-days – HASSLE-FREE and we will refund the original purchase price of the product. It’s really that simple.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Email 
[email protected] your return request with the following information:

a. Contact information (name, phone number, email address)

b. Place of Purchase (Website, Amazon, etc.)

c. Order Number

d. Item Purchased

e. Reason for Return

2. Beauty by Earth will email you a shipping label to return the item.

3. Mail your return, using the label provided, back to Beauty by Earth with the following included in the shipment:

a. Original Purchase Receipt

b. A Note Stating Reason for Return

Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 days and will be re-credited to the original method of payment.

Please note the following items are non-refundable:

-Original Shipping Charges and Shipping Protection Charges

-Gift Cards

-Beauty Bloopers

-Gifts, freebies, or samples.

Initiating a return with Beauty by Earth is so simple.

1. The first thing you're going to do is go to beautybyearth.com and log in to your account.

2. Make sure that the order that you are selecting for return has already been delivered. Select the order, and Click the button entitled "Request Return" on the right side.

3. Now select the item or items you'd like to return.

4. Select the reason you'd like to return them and click Submit.

Shipping charges are a flat-rate based on method of shipment as follows: 

Continental United States:

  • Standard Shipping (5-8 Business Days) $4.95 
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 Day Service) $15.95 
  • Express Shipping (1-2 Day Service) $35

 

Of course, if your continental US order is $40 or more, shipping is FREE!*


Canada

  • Standard International Shipping (6 - 10 Business Days) $8.99

Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 Days) $14.00 
  • Expedited Shipping (2-4 Days) $19.00 
  • Express Shipping (1 Day) $40.00 

International 

  • International Flat Shipping (7-14 Days) $28.00

Note: Shipping charges are assessed at a flat rate however any duties & taxes charges that become due in order to receive the shipment are the responsibility of the consignee to pay so the shipment can be delivered.

United Kingdom – UNAVAILABLE FOR SHIPMENTS

Currently, we are unable to offer shipping to the United Kingdom (UK).

*Some exclusions apply. Free shipping is restricted to the 48 contiguous states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

We offer optional shipping protection on all of our shipments. If you select this service, you’ll pay a variable fee (depending on your order total) at checkout for the confidence that we will fix any issues you experience with your order free of charge. This includes a full replacement of any items damaged, lost, or stolen in transit.

This shipping protection is completely optional and not required to purchase. The option to remove this is at the bottom of the checkout page under the Terms and Conditions box.

Currently, we are unable to offer shipping to the United Kingdom (UK).

Our Subscriptions are super simple! 

  1. Select a delivery period that fits your needs (every 30 days, 45 days, 60 days, or 90 days.)

  3. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Just log in to your account and click on manage subscriptions.

  2. Select the order that you want to skip.
  3. Scroll down until you see the button for "Skip next shipment"
  4. You'll be given the option to gift your next shipment or skip it. Click "Skip Next Shipment."
  5. A notification will inform you when your next delivery would occur if you skip. Select "Skip Next Shipment" one last time.

  5. Click "Update"

PRODUCTS

All of our formulations (a.k.a. the actual cream, oil, or liquid that makes the product) are made right here in the USA. Other materials for packaging or tools are sourced from abroad. For instance, the aventurine jade for the gua sha and jade roller comes from Brazil. *Cue the samba* 💃🏽

You'll be able to begin the return process and print a USPS return label. For eligible orders, you will receive a full refund as long as the returned items are in resellable condition and returned within the return window. If you either have a question or experience an issue with your Buy with Prime order, contact us by emailing [email protected]. You'll receive an order confirmation email with a link to see your order status and how to contact Beauty by Earth.  

Yes, you must be a Prime member to purchase products using Buy with Prime on beautybyearth.com.

When you click on the Buy with Prime button, you will be prompted to sign in to your Amazon account, and your order will be processed using your preferred payment and shipping information stored in your Amazon account. > Buy with Prime customer service. 

To initiate a return for an eligible product purchased using Buy with Prime, click on the link in the order confirmation email to go to your order details page.

From there you will be able to select the item(s) that you want to return and print a return shipping label. Then drop off your package at your local USPS location. Note that Buy with Prime purchases cannot be returned using other carriers besides USPS and may not be dropped off at Amazon locations such as Amazon Lockers, Whole Foods, or Amazon Go.

You can verify the return eligibility of your purchase by visiting our Privacy Policy.

For eligible orders, you’ll receive a refund once the item is dropped off and scanned at a USPS location. Other wise, the refund will be processed once the item is received and reviewed at our fulfillment center. It could take up to seven business days for the refund to show up in your account.   

Amazon.com gift cards, promotional discounts offered by beautybyearth.com, or points can’t be used as a payment method to place an order using Buy with Prime. Amazon.com Gift Cards can only be used to purchase eligible goods and ser vices on Amazon.com and cer tain related sites as detailed in the Amazon.com Gift Card Terms and Conditions.  

Buy with Prime orders can only be placed and shipped within the US.  

Buy with Prime does not support subscriptions at this time.  

Most packages arrive on time, but orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date.  

Possible reasons for late delivery include: 

  •  Incorrect address
  •  Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  •  Severe weather conditions
  •  Other carrier-related delays  

If you do not receive your order in the anticipated timeframe, we recommended that you do the following:

  • From your order confirmation email, click through to the order details page to check the status of your order. 

Your shipment confirmation email will also include a link to track your package.

  •  On the order details page, you can confirm your shipping address.
  •  Wait 48 hours to allow for unexpected delays.

Amazon Pay accepts credit and debit cards. Credit cards currently accepted include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB. Learn more about Amazon Pay payment methods.  

The amount of sales tax charged on your orders depends on multiple factors, including the type of item purchased and your delivery address. The tax rate is the combined state and local rates associated with your address. 

For example, if you live in a state that does not impose a sales tax, you may still see tax calculated on your order if it is delivered to another state. Sales tax is calculated and charged at the time you place the order.
