Please note the following items are non-refundable:

Need help finding your order number? 

Your order number is the seven-digit number that begins with an S included in your Order and Shipping Confirmation emails. It is also located on your order's packing slip and in your Beauty by Earth Account. If you cannot find these records, please reach out. We'd be happy to help!

All returns and exchanges must be processed through our Returns Portal within 60 days of the original purchase. Beauty by Earth will provide a pre-paid shipping label to send your item(s) back.

  • If you wish to complete a return, the product(s) should be returned in unused/sealed condition. 
  • Upon receipt of the return, we will issue your approved refund via the original payment method. We cannot change the payment method to redirect refunds to other accounts.
  • Returns are processed manually and may take up to 7 business days to be refunded.
  • Returns will only be accepted if they are processed through our returns portal and sent to the following address: 2920 Commodore Dr. Suite 120, Carrollton, TX 75006. Not processing through our portal and sending directly to this address will cause complications, and we will not be able to guarantee a refund.
  • Please remove all non-Beauty by Earth items from your return. Beauty by Earth is not responsible for returning these to you, and non-Beauty by Earth items will be disposed of.
  • If you are returning your entire order, all items, including promotional or free items, must be included in your return.
  • If you are based in the United States, approved returns and exchanges will receive a free domestic return shipping label via a pre-paid USPS label. For exchanged orders, we will ship your order free of charge.
  • International customers returning items purchased on the Beauty by Earth website are ineligible to receive a free return label from Beauty by Earth. A return label with tracking must be provided to Beauty by Earth from customers returning outside of the US to ensure a full refund for returned items.
  • We require retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt with a picture of the return label at drop-off for your records. If we can verify that the order was dropped off with a receipt and confirmation of the label and the order is lost with USPS, we will take responsibility and honor the return or exchange.
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Additional return shipping costs are non-refundable. A return is only authorized using a Beauty by Earth pre-paid return label. Any outside return labels purchased are non-refundable by Beauty by Earth.
  • All returns must be from a verified Beautybyearth.com order. Beauty by Earth does not offer returns on items purchased outside of Beautybyearth.com. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
  • All return labels provided by Beauty by Earth are digital. Beauty by Earth is not responsible for providing a physical return label. Select USPS locations will accept a QR code that may be used in place of a return label. You can find locations that accept a QR code in place of a label here: USPS Locator
  • If you have submitted multiple return requests and received multiple labels, please be sure to use all labels, as using one label to ship multiple returns will result in processing delays.
  • APO and PPO addresses may require a different address to return due to label creation restrictions in restricted access areas.

HOW TO RETURN A SUBSCRIPTION ITEM

If you want to return an item that is part of an active subscription, please follow these steps:

STEP 1: Cancel your subscription

1: Click this link to view your active subscriptions.

2: Click on the subscription you would like to cancel. 

3: On the left-hand side, click the link at the bottom of the sidebar that says, "Cancel Subscription." Next, select why you're canceling and click "cancel subscription." Manage Subscriptions

STEP 2: Create your return

Please follow this link to our Returns Portal to complete your return. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 days and will be re-credited to the original method of payment.

IS THERE A RESTOCKING CHARGE FOR RETURNED ITEMS?

Nope! No restocking fee and no hassle! 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS?

If an item is defective or was damaged in transit we’ll get it replaced ASAP. Please follow this link to our Returns Portal to complete your return. 

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER THAT IS BACKORDERED OR NOT SHIPPED YET?

Yes, you can. If your item is on backorder or hasn’t been shipped, you can contact customer service at info@beautybyearth.com. We will cancel your order for a full refund. Be sure to include your Order Number in the email subject line.
