For One-Time Purchase Orders

 - Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.*

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return.


If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.


*Please note, the order must be fulfilled or partially fulfilled for return eligibility.

Treated myself to a mystery box for Christmas. I do not regret! I have followed this brand for awhile and never bought anything before. What a great introduction to it! I got the $45 one with 4 full size products plus one free item I think for spending $40. Great stuff with good ingredients which I what I like.

I know the boxes change but my box had a tanning body spray, a body scrub, a bachuchiol toning spray and moisturizer. I wanted to try the bachuchiols so I’m happy
