I have never used self tanner before so I have no comparison, but this is great. I was going on a girls trip and wanted to give some color to my white legs. This worked wonderfully. I was concerned about not being able to put on moisturizer afterwards but my skin did not dry out. It also is EWG verified for not having harmful chemicals. The scent I gave 4 stars because it smells great going on, but towards the end of the day, my skin starts to smell like I've had sunscreen on all day. Not horrible, but not the best. In my opinion though, it's worth it.

This tan goes on clear which made me so nervous cause I couldn’t see if it was streaky, but to my surprise it was not streaky at all!! It’s also less orange and more natural than other tans because there’s no dyes! It smells good going on then smells like regular self tan after awhile. I’d def recommend! **I got fair to medium. first, I want to say this is a beautiful natural tan. I'm a bit pale in the cooler months and this looks like my natural tan I get in the summer. the color is warm but not orange. it's been a while since I did tanner and I was nervous about going too dark too quick. but now that I tried this one I think i'll end up using the dark one during summer ◡̈ it turned out very even. but I will say WORK IN SMALL SECTIONS SO YOU DONT LOSE TRACK OF WHERE YOUVE APPLIED!!! overall I highly recommend this to start with. or stay with if you just want a light tan!
