Buy One, Get One (BOGO) Offers—When you use BOGO coupons at our store, you will need to first add all of the desired products to the cart. Once you’ve added the products and the coupon code, the coupon will give you the 2nd matching and/or lowest price item(s) for free.
(Note, in order to get BOGO to multiply, you must add all desired items. Once all are added, within every pair or every other product, the item of equal of lowest price will be discounted at checkout.

Expiration Dates—Our coupons and promos almost always have an expiration date. We strive to make these dates front-and-center so you’re not surprised. If you try and use a code past its expiration date, it simply won’t work. We know, it’s a bummer, but we promise there will be more promos soon, so just hold on a minute.

No Retroactive Price Adjustments—Sometimes you order a product just before you see a new promotion code. It happens and it stinks, but we don’t give retroactive price adjustments. All of our formulations (A.K.A the actual cream, oil, or liquid that makes the product) are made right here in the USA. Other materials for packaging or tools are sourced from abroad. For instance, the aventurine jade for the gua sha and jade roller comes from Brazil. *Cue the samba* 💃🏽

We love our sleek Kraft boxes and so does the planet! Our boxes are made with 100% recyclable materials, soy-based ink, and typically SFI certified.
All of our formulations (think Self Tanner or Face Wash—formulas you put on your body) are made in the USA. Hard goods (such as boar hairbrushes or exfoliating mitts) are made in many different places. However, we make it a point to only use manufacturers who reflect our core values. The only products that use palm oils are our soaps. That palm oil is all sustainably sourced. The raw ingredient supplier, Ciranda (of Wisconsin) is the first American company to be granted a 100% sustainable identity by the most stringent RSPO criteria. Their palm oil is certified both fair trade and EcoSocial and works with a sustainable partner in northeast Brazil – AgroPalma – that Greenpeace called a blueprint for the rest of the palm oil industry (I have attached the Greenpeace scorecard doc where you can see AgroPalma is the top). Our self tanners are formulated with pregnancy-safe principles in mind: vegan, non-toxic, free from harsh chemicals, synthetic dyes, and synthetic fragrances, and made in the USA. We use them during pregnancy ourselves — we wouldn't ask you to trust something we wouldn't use on our own skin. That said, every pregnancy is different. We always recommend checking with your OB or midwife before adding any new product to your routine. They know your specific health picture and can give you the personalized guidance you deserve. Yes, all of our products are gluten-free.
NEVER! Every item we make is crafted within an FDA-certified laboratory and 100% free of synthetic fragrances and colors, toxins, parabens, phthalates, phenoxyethanol, cheap fillers, gluten, SLS, or GMOs.
The answer is simple: your health. Your skin is your largest organ – and a highly absorbent organ at that. What you put onto your skin goes directly into your system. We are already exposed to toxic chemicals every day. With the rising rate of cancer and other life-threatening illnesses, it’s crucial to be careful about what we put on our bodies. Organic and natural beauty products don’t upset your body’s natural rhythm. To us, choosing natural just makes sense.
Organic refers to not only food but to agriculture and how products are produced and processed. Organic foods and products use a system of farming that is most similar to natural ecosystems. Organic ingredients are free of synthetic additives, pesticides, irradiation, and sewage sludge and do not contain GMOs.
All of our products are made without Synthetic Dyes, Fragrances, and Parabens. All of our ingredients are also naturally derived or certified organic. Each formula contains organic ingredients, but only the products labeled “USDA Organic” on the packaging are 100% certified organic. First off, there are a lot. Like over 60,000. Most of them are illegal in the European Union and Canada but are largely unregulated in the United States. For some of them, the U.S. government doesn’t require companies to even list on the label. Countless studies indicate these chemicals are influencing a raise in cancer levels, infertility, and other diseases and bodily ailments throughout the world. Just for the record, we never use any of these in our products! Methyl, Propyl, Butyl, and Ethyl Parabens – Used to extend the shelf life of products despite the fact that they are known to be toxic. Parabens are a known carcinogen (cancer-causing compound), that causes endocrine disruption and hormonal imbalances in both males and females.
Petrolatum – Used in many skincare products. It is a cheap ingredient and never goes bad. It is mineral-oil derived and suffocates pores while giving you the effect of moisturized skin.
Propylene Glycol and Ethylene Glycol – These glycols can be found in a number of skincare and cosmetic products. These chemicals easily penetrate the skin and are known to be toxic irritants to the skin, eyes, and lungs.
Lauryl or Laureth Sulfates – Includes sodium lauryl sulfate, ammonium lauryl sulfate, sodium Laureth sulfate, and ammonium laureth sulfate. Sulfates are used to create a foaming effect and strip the skin of oils. These are the same chemicals used in engine degreasers, car washing soaps, and many other commercial products. Sulfates are known skin irritants.
Synthetic Dyes – Used to give cosmetics an “attractive” color. These are usually labeled as FD&C or D&C followed by a color and number. These dyes are often from coal tar and contain heavy metal salts that go straight into your system when applied to the skin. Studies of these dyes, when used on animals, showed most of them to be carcinogenic (cancer-causing).
Synthetic Fragrances – Used to give cosmetics an “attractive” smell. These are labeled as “Fragrance,” “Parfum” or “Perfume” in an ingredients list. The ingredients of these synthetic fragrances are many. Some fragrances have been known to cause allergies, asthma, headaches, rashes, and irritation. We recommend checking any non-organic ingredients in the Environmental Working Group’s website.

- Click the "Next Charge Date" button. This will display a calendar view. Select the date you'd like to receive your Essentials bundle and click the "Update next Shipment Date." If you want your products immediately, just click the "Order Now" button.

- Click the button next to your Essentials Bundle that says, "Get it Now"

Change Your Delivery Frequency
- Log in to your beautybyearth.com subscriptions portal (You can find your account link on the footer of our website or on the mobile menu under My Account >> Manage Subscriptions).
- Click the button next to your Essentials Bundle that says, "Manage My Info"
- From the dropdown menu under Frequency, choose whether you want your box to arrive every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days.
- Click the "Update" button.
Skip Your Next Delivery
- Log in to your beautybyearth.com subscriptions portal (You can find your account link on the footer of our website or on the mobile menu under My Account >> Manage Subscriptions).
- Select the order that you want to skip.
- Scroll down until you see the button for "Skip next shipment"
- You'll be given the option to gift your next shipment or skip it. Click "Skip Next Shipment."
- A notification will inform you when your next delivery would occur if you skip. Select "Skip Next Shipment" one last time.
That's it! Your next delivery will be skipped!
- Log in to your subscription dashboard and select the subscription you'd like to pause.
- Click the "Pause Subscription" button
- Select how long you would like to pause your subscription for
- Confirm the next delivery date.

- Find your Essentials Club Subscription Order from the Tabs at the top of the screen and select it.
- On your EC order, tap the button that says, "Manage with SMS"
- A form will popup with a field for your phone number. Enter your phone number and check the box that says "Opt into SMS Text Messaging."
- Click the "Update" button.
Have too much product? Going out of town? Need to skip a delivery due to a tight budget? All these scenarios don't require canceling your subscription! Try instead skipping a delivery, gifting your delivery to a friend, changing your delivery rhythm, or moving your next delivery to a new, specific date. Because if you cancel, you lose out on all the big discounts and perks for subscribers. If you still want to cancel, though, we make it super easy:

Sustainability
Beauty by Earth formulas are made with non-toxic, biodegradable ingredients so as not to harm the environment or consumers using it. Our bottles and tube packaging are made from glass or post-consumer recycled plastic and our boxes are made in a wind-powered facility using sustainable forestry paper. We are also completely cruelty-free (Certified by Leaping Bunny). We are also a Plastic Neutral Certified Brand, which means that for all of the plastic we consume as a brand, we pay for the collection and recycling of that same amount of plastic. We have this certification through RePurpose Global.
All Beauty by Earth products being sold on Good Morning America are plant-based and vegan.
All Beauty by Earth products are Leaping Bunny Certified Cruelty Free. Our boxes also have Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) certification, ensuring that the paper we source for our boxes is sustainably sourced and trees are replanted.
Yes, our packaging is very eco-friendly. Our boxes, for instance, are made with Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) certified paper, which means the paper we source for our boxes is sustainably sourced and trees are replanted. Our custom, biodegradable bubble wrap mailers break down much faster than traditional ones.
The plastic we use in our packaging is post-consumer recycled plastic.
Our brand is also Plastic Neutral certified by RePurpose Global. This means that we pay for the collection and recycling of plastics, pound for pound. In other words, the same amount of plastic used in our products (like tubes, bottles, and caps) is cleaned up in the natural environment.
