It's only been a week since I've been using this so I can only speak from that experience. Compared to other vitamin c products I've used, this one doesn't sting my face at all and applies really well. My main complaint is that the pump cap (the black part) has been rubbing off black coloring since arrival and easily gets everywhere, and I've had to handle it with extra care to not get it into the serum itself or my face.

I love this product and it took me so long to find a vitamin c serum that came in a squirt container vs. a dropper bottle. Oxygen degrades the effectiveness of vitamin C, so each time you open a dropper bottle your product is going to be less effective. For this reason, I was disappointed to see the switch to a dropper bottle.
We're so sorry our product doesnt meet your expectations. We made the change to minimize packaging waste. Once we use up the droppers we have then we will be switching to a new pump bottle. Hope this helps!
