We recommend exfoliating in the shower first before you even start the self tanning process. Then, apply your body lotion to the more porous spots, such as your hands, elbows, knees, ankles and feet. Apply a small amount of self tanner back applicator. Hold a handle on each side and glide the applicator across your back until you've evenly covered all of your skin. For best results, apply lotion daily (you can even use the back applicator for that too) so that your skin stays tan longer.

Well, it depends on how well you take care of them. Rinse each mitt out thoroughly after each application, and then let them dry completely in a well-ventilated space before putting them away. With consistent care your mitts can last for months or even years.

Yes please! Self tanner does not provide any protection from the sun's rays, so it's important to keep wearing your sunblock. SPF up, babe! ☀️
