Our Jade Gua Sha is made from 100% Aventurine Jade from Brazil. Every stone is unique, so you might notice your gua sha’s coloring is slightly different from the ones featured on our website. That’s normal! This natural stone ranges in color from dark to light jade green and features beautiful marbling and speckles.

We recommend spending between 6 to 10 minutes each time you roll. Once you go over 10 minutes you run the risk of overdoing it.

Ice rolling is super simple:

Place the roller in the freezer to chill for at least 30 minutes.  It should be stored in there when clean and not in use.

Starting with clean skin, roll your temples and forehead, using gentle, steady strokes with the ice roller.

Transition to your eyes, then to your cheeks, mouth, and around your jaw, continuing that rolling motion.

Make downward motions with the ice roller from your chin down your neck to sculpt your profile and promote drainage.

After using, cleanse the roller with water and a mild soap and put back in the freezer.

Follow up with a serum or oil and your usual skincare routine.

Our ice roller heads are made of a gel and water core that, when frozen, maintains a cool temperature for up to 15 minutes of rolling. The handle is made from grip-friendly plastic.

Absolutely. In fact, jade rolling + gua sha scraping can help facial oils and serums penetrate the skin more deeply. We recommend rolling after cleansing and applying serums or oils, but before applying makeup.

Use a soft microfiber cloth to wipe your jade roller after every use. Dip your roller in a bowl of warm soapy water before wiping every once in a while for a deeper clean. Let your roller air dry in a well ventilated area after cleaning.

Yes. Many of our customers find that putting their roller in the refrigerator or freezer enhances their experience. This is perfectly safe to do and will not harm your roller.
