Step 1 — Prep
Begin with gentle exfoliation using a loofah, exfoliating pad, or body scrub to remove dead skin cells for an even, longer-lasting result. Apply a light layer of moisturizer to feet, ankles, wrists, and elbows beforehand, as these areas absorb product more readily. Allow one to two days after shaving before application.
Step 2 — Apply
Dispense a quarter-size amount onto a mitt or applicator brush. Begin at the legs and work upward in long, sweeping motions for a seamless finish. Use a lighter touch on wrists, ankles, and hands, blending carefully. For the back, a back applicator helps ensure even coverage. Wash hands thoroughly if applying without a mitt.
Step 3 — Develop
Wait at least one hour before showering, swimming, or exercising. Full color develops within 6–8 hours. For a deeper shade, apply a second coat after approximately one hour.
Step 4 — Kit
Use the included applicators and brushes as directed on each product label for face and body application.

Improvements: Better directions on application to avoid staining, and definitely mention that it has smell that you wont be able to get rid of until its all completely worn off.

This lotion went on well, but stained my fingernails, wrists, etc. I put it on without gloves due to the many videos I watched of users putting it on just like any other lotion and saying it does not turn anything orange, which is not true. It also has a very distinct smell that does not go away until the color is gone. I most likely wont be using it again.

I didn't think I needed this kit because I already had a standard tan mit. But GIRL let me tell you. This exfoliating mit it comes with does great things for my skin. Instead of using a sugar scrub to exfoliate, use this instead! Also it comes with a little face mit too, which is SO helpful. I just used the normal tan lotion on my face and using the kit as my applicator and it look FLAWLESS

So far, SOOOO GOOD‼️

I used it the first time yesterday, on my thighs.. incase something went awry. I was not disappointed!! I used it again today and now, near the end of the day, I’m very pleased!! I have 3 weeks to master the project, before my oldest grandson becomes a husband!! 😃

One question: I’ve read nothing about how to clean the mit. I just used water and hand soap; washing it by hand + am air drying it. What is the better way??

Very excellent applicators

The quality of these tools is excellent, particularly for applying face serum and tanning foams. The application is smooth and even. Since this is my second set, I can confidently say that they last a long time as long as you wash them after each use. The only reason I bought a second set is that my daughter borrowed my first one, and took it back to school.
