Choose a box size (3, 4, 5, or 6 products), fill it with any eligible Beauty by Earth essentials (doubles welcome), pick your delivery rhythm, and enjoy free U.S. shipping on every Club shipment. The box price stays the same no matter which products you pick. Skip, swap, pause, or cancel anytime. Pricing: 3 = $56 · 4 = $65 · 5 = $77 · 6 = $90.

Yes. Changing box size (3, 4, 5, or 6 products) is a separate action from swapping products inside the same size. Pick the new size in your account; your price updates to that tier. You may need to re-select products so the new slot count is filled.

Yes — any time before your next order processes. Log in to your account and go to MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. Find your essentials club Subscription and open it. In the Subscription details page, click “Manage Items.” A popup will show giving you options for swapping products out. Keep the same number of items your box size calls for (for example, a 4-item box must stay 4 items). Your box price doesn’t change. Edits apply starting with your next shipment.

Go for it. Doubles count toward your box size and don’t cost extra inside Essentials Club.

Yes — free U.S. shipping on every Club shipment, no minimum.

On the day your box order processes for shipment, at the cadence you chose. We’ll email you ahead of time (about 7 days) so you can skip, swap, or pause first.

Yes. Add any product as a one-time extra or as a separate recurring item. Add-ons ride alongside your Essentials Club box — they don’t use a box slot and don’t change your box price.

That’s expected for Essentials Club. You’re charged once for the box at your Club price; the products inside list at $0 so nothing is counted twice.

There isn’t a one-tap swap from a single-product subscription into Essentials Club. Easiest path: start an Essentials Club membership and choose your box contents, then cancel or remove the old single-product subscription if you no longer need it. Need help? Email [email protected].

If an item in your Essentials Club box is out of stock when your order processes, we still ship the rest of your box so you’re not stuck waiting. The missing item is skipped for that shipment and deducted from the box price. When item is back in stock, it will come with your box as before. Prefer a different product instead? Swap it in your account before your next order processes.

No, you’ll only pay for the items that ship. If an item is out of stock, we’ll deduct its portion of the box price from your total.

For example, if you have a 3-item box for $56 and one item is unavailable, we’ll deduct $18.67 ($56 ÷ 3), so you’ll only be charged $37.33.

Unavailable products won’t be selectable when you build or edit your Essentials Club box. Choose another shade or product to fill that slot so your box stays complete.

The out-of-stock item stays on your Essentials Club membership and is included again on a later shipment once it’s back. You may also get a back-in-stock notice with a way to grab it sooner when that feature is enabled. Want something else instead? Edit items in your account before your next box processes.

With Essentials Club on our Skio setup, a single sold-out product shouldn’t cancel your whole box. We can ship what’s ready, keep your Club price, and catch the missing item up later — so one shade OOS doesn’t block your self-tanner, sunscreen, or everything else you planned on.

Same as any subscription: Log in → Manage Subscriptions → More → Cancel → follow the prompts. No fees. Cancelling stops future boxes; boxes already placed still ship. Consider Skip or Pause if you only need a break.
